House Fire Ruled Accidental In Parsonsburg

PARSONSBURG, Md. - The Maryland State Fire Marshall's office ruled a Sunday afternoon house fire in Parsonsburg accidental.

The fire broke out around 1PM on the 30000 block of Wango Road at a one story, wood frame single family home.  Officials say the flames started in the rear bedroom and was result of careless smoking.  It took 40 firefighters 30 minutes to but out the blaze.

The fire caused an estimated $85,000 in damages.
