SALISBURY, Md. - Wicomico County Sheriff's deputies arrested one of the fugitives featured in Part three of Emily Lampa's Wicomico's "Most Wanted" series.

On Thursday night, just hours after the broadcast featuring Charles Quails, deputies tell WMDT they found and arrested Quails in Salisbury. The 47 year-old suspect was listed as a fugitive for failing to appear for his jury trial on charges stemming from the reported sexual solicitation of a minor.

He now faces an additional charge for failing to appear in court.  Quails is in custody at the Wicomico County Detention Center and will not be able to post bond.
