Three Suspects Wanted In Connection With Salisbury Armed Robbery

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - A third Thursday morning robbery is under investigation in Wicomico County. Salisbury Police say they are looking for three suspects, after an armed robbery at Thirsty's on E. Church Street.

According to the report, it all happened around 1:10 AM, after the victim closed the business and was walking to his vehicle, when two suspects came up to him, one armed with a handgun. Police say the victim, who was carrying a bag, tried to run but stumbled, dropping the bag. The suspects reportedly took the bag, and apparently fled on foot. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Department K-9 unit searched the area, but weren't able to find the suspects. Police say a review of surveillance footage showed a third suspect.

Suspect one is described as a black male, light skinned, 5' 8" tall, weighting 160 pounds, with a thin build, around 20-years-old, last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black work style pants, and armed with a dark colored handgun. Suspect two is described as a black male, 5' 8" tall, 160 pounds, with a thin build, last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. The only description available for the third suspect was that they were last seen wearing dark colored clothing.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Salisbury Police at 410-548-3165 or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776. Crime Solvers is offering an up to $1,000 reward for tips that lead to an arrest. This was one of three robbery incidents on Thursday morning.

This was one of three reportedly unrelated robbery incidents in Salisbury on Thursday morning. Police say they are still looking for two suspects in an armed robbery at the Royal Farms on S. Division Street and one suspect in a strong armed robbery on E. Vine Street.
