Driver Of SUV Hurt In Crash With School Bus

Posted: Updated:

SELBYVILLE, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say an SUV driver was injured when his vehicle rear-ended a school bus. No one on the bus, including seven students, was hurt.

It happened about 10:45 a.m. Thursday in Selbyville. Troopers say 52-year-old John Riebel of Seaford crashed into the back of a bus making a right turn from Roxana Road.

Riebel was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries police say did not appear to be life-threatening. He was cited for inattentive driving.
