WMDT 47 NEWS - Wanted fugitives from the law may not all be convicts. Some are just suspects until proven guilty. But in the case of the last two individuals on "Wicomico's Most Wanted" Fugitive list, they both have been convicted and they need to be brought in to answer for their crimes.

"They made one wrong. Now they're making a second wrong," Lt. Tim Robinson, with the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, tells WMDT. "Now it's our obligation to come find them."

Most Wanted Suspect #7: Andrew Dixon Webster

Last Known Address: Salisbury, MD

Age: 27 years old

Height: 5'10"

Weight: 150 lb

Brown Hair, Hazel Eyes

- Wanted on 2 Circuit Court Bench Warrants: for FAILURE TO APPEAR for Drug Court

- Convicted on FELONY BURGLARY and ROGUE & VAGABOND charges

- History of DRUG ABUSE

- APPROACH WITH CAUTION

"We've got some individuals that have been deemed deserving of a second chance. Where instead of doing a heavy incarceration period, we've worked with them, brought them into programs that have proven successful with the Wicomico County Drug Court Program," explains Lt. Robinson. "However Mr. Webster has taken it upon himself to decide he doesn't want to comply. Anytime we have a convicted individual, who has agreed to the terms of his or her conviction, and they're not going along with the program, not abiding by the conditions...Yes. That could be a slap in the face of all of society that they don't have to abide by any rules."

Wanted Suspect #8: Joseph Stuart Worley, Junior

Last Known Address: Pittsville, MD

Age: 25 years old

Height: 6'

Weight: 175 lb

Red Hair, Blue Eyes

- Wanted for:

FAILURE TO APPEAR for JURY TRIAL on the charge of FELONY THEFT SCHEME

    VIOLATING PROBATION on BURGLARY CONVICTION

FAILURE TO APPEAR on TRAFFIC CHARGES

- History of DRUG ABUSE

- APPROACH WITH CAUTION

Lt. Robinson asks If you see these individuals, or happen to know where they might be living now, please do not hesitate to contact authorities, "When they do that and they run away from us, they're basically telling us a big 'In your face. I don't want to deal with this problem.'"
