SALISBURY, Md. - The definition of the word "blight" is up for discussion at a Salisbury City Council work session on November 4th.
A topic of some confusion during the hearing to decide whether or not the rubble pile at the site of the old mall would be removed.
Monday, the council is set to look at legislation adding a definition to the term "blight".
In the proposed language, blight would include material from an intentional demolition, that has not been removed within 60 days.
