UPDATE: Wanted Salisbury Man Now Behind Bars

SALISBURY, Md. - A Salisbury man wanted on armed robbery charges, is now in Police custody. Salisbury Police say on Thursday 19-year-old Gerard Dennis, was arrested by members of the Maryland State Apprehension Team.

Dennis was wanted in connection to an October 4th armed robbery, on Adams Avenue. Police say two suspects went into the apartment, pulled out a gun, and demanded money, before hitting one of the victims in the head with the gun.  The suspects reportedly fled on foot with money and a cell phone.

Dennis is charged with armed robbery, 1st and 4th degree burglary, 1st and 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, and handgun on person. He was released to Central Booking.

Police say they are still investigating the identity of the second suspect, who is described as a lack male, approximately 20-years-old, with a thin build, 5'11" tall, last seen wearing a blue bandanna covering his face, and all dark clothing.
