SALISBURY, Md. - Police say a tip lead them to arrest a wanted Salisbury man, who was reportedly driving on a suspended license.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on Tuesday, they received information that 32-year-old Travis Waters was driving while suspended, on Mohawk Avenue. They also found out that he was wanted out of circuit court.

Police caught up with him, arrested him, and reportedly found three baggies of marijuana along with a locked safe in the vehicle. The Deputy got a search warrant for the vehicle, which reportedly had two large jars filled with marijuana, a metal grinder, US currency, and a 9MM handgun capable of only firing blank ammunition. Also in the safe, were apparently 9mm and .357 ammunition.

Waters is prohibited from possession ammunition for a firearm, because of a previous conviction.

Waters was arrested, and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of ammunition while prohibited from possession a firearm. He is being held at the Detention Center on $125,000 bond.
