Police: Man Fatally Shot In Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police say a 23-year-old man has been shot to death in Wilmington.
    
Department spokesman Cpl. Mark Ivey says a 911 caller reported the shooting Sunday night. He says officers found Kareem Owens of Wilmington suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the street near West 24th and North Washington streets.
    
Officers administered CPR and Owens was taken to Christiana Hospital, where Ivey says he was pronounced dead.
