Police Investigate Murder-Suicide In Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) - Anne Arundel County police are investigating a murder and suicide that left three people dead in Glen Burnie, and the suspect is a Baltimore police officer.

Authorities say two men and one women were found shot in a home early Sunday morning in Glen Burnie. They were pronounced dead, including the suspect.

Police identified the male victim as 27-year-old Andrew Scott Hoffman of Glen Burnie. He was a firefighter Baltimore's fire department. The female victim was identified as 26-year-old Marie Hartman of Glen Burnie.

Baltimore Fire Chief Jeffrey Segal says Hoffman was a third-generation member of the fire department.

Police identified the suspect as 37-year-old Christopher Lee Robinson of Abingdon. He was an active member of the Baltimore police force. Police say the killings appear to be a domestic incident.
