Posted: Updated:

GOOD MORNING DELMARVA - In the wake of the decreasing state of health in the United States and throughout the world, Dr. Kirt Tyson penned the new self-help book entitled, The Raw Truth: The Recipe for Reversing Diabetes as a guide to being "full of life."

The Raw Truth: The Recipe for Reversing Diabetes, serves as a comprehensive guide to revising diabetes and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Reconfirming your attitude, thoughts and relationship with food leading to diabetes, The Raw Truth will give readers the information needed to help retain thinking, break the cycle of disease and provide the steps needed for reversing diabetes. Taking Dr. Tyson nearly six years to complete, in the book's preface he states, "Through my own personal experience, I was able to see how my actions could keep diabetes away or bring it back. In this book, I'll share this experience with you."

The Raw Truth: The Recipe for Reversing Diabetes was written as a guide for individuals as they take on the task of reversing their diabetes. Providing the necessary steps to live a healthier life, The Raw Truth allows readers to see the struggles and sacrifices involved in restoring health. Though the book is geared towards individuals effected by diabetes, these same steps can be used to reverse other disorders such as hypertension, heart disease, obesity, cancer, and other chronic illnesses
