LEIPSIC, Del. - Delaware State Police have arrested a Leipsic man, after an investigation into a burglary and theft of firearms.

Police say 19-year-old Jeremy Delinois allegedly broken into a shed located on Hutcha Alley and removed three guns between October 4th and October 8th. Authorities believe Delinois then made arrangements to sell the stolen guns.  Two of the firearms have been recovered, though a 12-gauge shotgun is still missing.

Delinois turned himself in Monday afternoon and was arraigned at JP2 on the charges of Burglary 3rd, three counts of Theft of a Firearm, Theft under $1,500, Selling Stolen Property under $1,500, and Criminal Mischief.  He was released after posting $2,250 secured bond.
