UPDATE: Arrest Made In Mardela Springs Burglaries

WICOMICO CO., Md. - Police say they have charged a man after a string of daytime burglaries in Wicomico County.

The Wicomico Bureau of Investigation says their investigation lead them to 29-year-old Lucas Stone, of Mardela Springs. They were reportedly able to link him to five burglaries, on the West side of Wicomico County, including on Athol Road, Riggin Road, Porter Mill Road, and Taylors Trail Area.

Police say they found some of the stolen property, from several of the burglaries, and returned it to the owners. Stone was charged with burglary, theft, and firearm possession with a felony, and is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center on no bond. Police say he was also wanted in Frederick, and Montgomery Counties.
