DOVER, Del. - A task force is looking at possible changes to Delaware election laws.
Members of the Election Law Task Force have met twice since forming and will present its findings to the General Assembly by the end of March. One idea floated around, according to state election commissioner Elaine Manlove would be moving primaries from September to August.
But Manlove tells WMDT that she's not sure if the findings will be voted into law to take place before next year's election.
