Toys For Tommy Holiday Today Drive

Posted: Updated:

OCEAN CITY, Md. - Friends and family of fallen Ocean City Police Officer Tommy Geoghegan Jr. are using his memory to raising money to help bring holiday toys to needy children.

The "Toys for Tommy" holiday charity campaign is selling memorial decals, in the image of a plane similar to the World War Two style aircraft Officer Geoghegan was flying when he and fellow officer Joshua Adickes died in June.  The decals also feature Geoghegan's tail number.

The decals are available for a small donation of $3 to $5 and are produced in a number of colors.

All the proceeds will benefit the Santa House Christmas/Holiday toy and food campaign to help needy families and children in Ocean City and Worcester County.

The decals are available at the following locations:

Kirby's Pub in the 94th Street Plaza

Dolle's Popcorn and Candyland locations in Ocean City, on 500 South Boardwalk (Wicomico Street) and 6701 Coastal Highway Unit 3 (67th Street)

Directly from Brad Wells or Jessica Schumacher (organizers) 443-497-2968
