BALTIMORE (AP) - Del. Heather Mizeur is scheduled to outline education policy proposals as part of her campaign for governor.
Mizeur is scheduled to speak at a child care center in Baltimore on Thursday.
She will be talking about three proposals aimed at closing Maryland's race- and income-based achievement gaps.
She also will discuss universalizing and expanding pre-kindergarten and improving access to child care.
Mizeur is seeking the Democratic nomination for governor.
