NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RAPP, a world-leading customer experience global agency and part of the Diversified Agency Services (DAS) division of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC), today announced that its Global Chief Strategy Officer, Loren Grossman, will also take on a newly-created position as Director of Applied Data.
This new role will add a media analytics emphasis to Grossman's existing responsibility of overseeing an already-robust data and measurement capability at RAPP. These key tools provide smarter and more efficient uses of media for RAPP clients.
In particular, Grossman will manage RAPP's growing alliance with fellow Omnicom agency, Annalect, with which it has created Dynamo, a unique and jointly-owned media platform. Dynamo integrates, deploys and optimizes acquisition and retention/optimization marketing in real time, allowing for individual customer-level campaign return on investment (ROI).

Grossman, who founded the Strategy and Enablement Practice at RAPP, has served as Global Chief Strategy Officer since February 2008. An expert in direct response marketing strategy across multiple categories, he holds a master's degree from New York University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
