O'Malley To Discuss Oyster Progress

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Gov. Martin O'Malley is scheduled to talk about oyster restoration efforts.
    
The governor has scheduled a news conference Friday in Annapolis to talk about the state's 10-point oyster restoration and aquaculture development plan, which was adopted in 2010.
    
Joseph Gill, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources secretary, also is scheduled to attend. Other partners in the project and stakeholders also are scheduled to participate in the announcement.
