Dover Man Arrested For Forgery

FELTON, Del. - Police say they arrested 51-year-old Joseph Marshall of Dover on Thursday. 

Authorities have not yet disclosed the circumstances of his arrest, but say he has been charged with six counts of Forgery 2nd Degree, ten counts of Theft Under $1500.00, ten counts of Unlawful use of a Credit Card as well as one count of Conspiracy 2nd Degree.

Marshall was committed to Sussex Correctional Institute on $9,000 secured bail is expected to make an appearance in Kent County Court of Common Pleas at a later date.
