DOVER, Del. - Two drug arrests were reportedly made during a traffic stop in Kent County.

Dover Police say on Saturday, just before 9:00 PM, an officer stopped a vehicle on College Road, at Jason Street, for a traffic violation. During the stop the officer reportedly smelled marijuana, which lead to a search.

Police say the search turned up 114.4 grams of marijuana packaged for sale.

30-year-old Antonio Barlow, and 25-year-old Quaheem Hall, both of Dover, were arrested and charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, 2nd degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both are being held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $11,100 bond.
