Easton Accident Send Three To Hospital

EASTON, Md. - Easton Police say an accident on Ocean Gateway sent three people to the hospital.

According to reports, Police responded to the area of Ocean Gateway near Easton Parkway for a reported accident involving a tractor- trailer and a pickup truck with a RV camper that was towing a boat.

Authorities say the driver of the pickup truck, Peter Thatcher, pulled into the path of the tractor-trailer that was traveling Eastbound on Ocean Gateway.

As a result, reports say three people were transported to the Easton Memorial Hospital where they were treated and released.

Police say thatcher was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way.
