MILFORD, Del. - Milford Police say they arrested two people after responding to a Walmart Department store for reports of shoplifting.

According to reports, on September 30th, police arrived in the area and located the suspects' vehicle fleeing on Warner Road. As Milford Police attempted to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle, the suspects reportedly pulled the vehicle into the back yard of a residence, of a homeowner they allegedly did not know, and attempted to hide from police.

Police say the suspects were then taken into custody and identified as Samantha Juditzki, 22, of Newark, Delaware, and Richard Feaster, 21, of Chesapeake City, Maryland. Investigation reportedly revealed that both Juditzki and Feaster removed merchandise from the shelves of the store and concealed that merchandise in bags and fled the store.

Reports say Juditzki was charged with Possession of Shoplifter Tools, Conspiracy Third Degree, Shoplifting Under $1500, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Trespassing Third Degree and traffic charges. Feaster was reportedly charged with Possession of Shoplifter Tools, Conspiracy Third Degree, Shoplifting Under $1500, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespassing Third Degree. Police say both were arraigned, and Juditzki was committed to WCI in default of $3,004.00 cash bond and Feaster was committed on $6,001.00 cash bond. Both were also allegedly wanted on multiple cases out of various New Castle County courts.
