On Wednesday, detectives say they arrested Steven Dashiell, 58, of Salisbury, after receiving a tip from the public.

According to the report, during the incident a man was walking on Bateman Street near Wayne Street, when he was approached by Dashiell, on a bicycle who then pulled a pocket knife and demanded the victim's wallet.
