FELTON, Del. - Four people have been charged after Police say they were involved in selling illegal drugs from a Felton home. Delaware State Police say they wrapped up a month long investigation into the sales at the South DuPont Highway, on Tuesday, around 6: 10 AM.

According to the report, the DSP Special Operations Response Team searched the home, and arrested 31-year-old Jessica Lobaccaro, 35-year-old Kenneth Collins, 26-year-old Jade Diana, and a 15-year-old male, all of Felton. Police say at the home, they found 144 bags of Heroin totaling around 2.8 grams, syringes and other drug paraphernalia along with $120 in suspected drug money.

When Troopers went into the house, they say Lobaccaro was flushing drugs down the toilet. She was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held at Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $27,000 bond.

Collins, and Diana were each charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and released on criminal summons.

The 15-year-old was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned and released to the custody of a parent, pending a future court appearance.
