Man At Center Of Rehoboth TASER Controversy Killed In PA

Posted: Updated:

WMDT 47 News - The man involved a controversial taser incident in Rehoboth Beach back in April has been killed in Pennsylvania. Cumberland County Police say 34-year-old Jeremy Anderson was hit by a minivan being driven by his girlfriend, Esther Brubaker. She was arrested and faces hit-and-run charges.

Police believe alcohol or controlled substances may have played a role. The Cumberland County District Attorney confirmed Anderson was the man being tasered by Corporal Robert Whitman in a video that eventually went viral. Whitman was cleared of any wrongdoing in that case.
