Authorities say Gordon also fired shots in his home, where his mother and another adult male live. the 49-year old man was able to wrestle the weapon away from Gordon, but not before a single gunshot was fired,  narrowly missing the man.  The adult male received minor injuries but reportedly refused treatment on the scene.

Gordon is charged with two counts of Attempted Murder 1st and three counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. He is being held on $310,000 cash bond. Delaware State police are continuing this ongoing investigation, and say additional charges may be filed.
