UPDATE: Change Of Venue Granted For Bundick

Posted: Updated:

ACCOMACK CO., Va. - Tonya Bundick's arson case will not be heard in Accomack County. Tuesday morning, a judge granted a change of venue, because of a foreseen difficulty in selecting an unbiased jury.

WMDT's Kody Leibowitz was in that courtroom today and reports that the trial has been moved to Virginia Beach. At this time the date of November 6th still stands - but that is subject to change pending availability in the Virginia Beach court system.

Bundick faces one count of arson and one count of conspiracy to arson for her alleged involvement for an April 1st fire, the night of her arrest.
