DOVER, Del. - Police are looking for three people after they apparently robbed several people of their cell phones in Kent County.
Dover Police say on Friday, three black males walked up to a group of six people behind the Central Middle School, near the intersection of Smith Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
According to the report, the suspects pulled put handguns, and demanded cell phones from the victims; and found phones on five of six people. Police say in addition to him phone, one victim also had his wallet stolen, while another also had his shoes and watch taken.
The suspects are believed to be in their late teens to early twenties. Suspect #1 is described as 6' tall, last seen wearing a black hoodie, with jeans, armed with a black handgun. Suspect #2 is described 5' 8" tall, wearing a CWS baseball cap, armed with a black handgun, possibly a 45 caliber. There is no further description available for the third suspect.
All three suspects reportedly ran east through the Middle School ball fields, and then were later seen going West on Mary Street near Bradford Street. They are facing 1st degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and 2nd degree conspiracy charges.
