UPDATE: More Theft Charges For Crisfield Accountant

CRISFIELD, Md. - A continuing investigation has brought additional theft charges on Crisfield accountant, Chris Sterling.

On August 30th, Sterling was arrested by Maryland State Police and charged after being accused of forging 93 checks, worth $56,000. He was later released on bond.

On Thursday, MSP arrested Sterling again and additionally charged him with theft, theft scheme, forgery, and other related criminal charges. They say that he forged 56 checks, totaling more than $23,600, from the Liberty Rock Church between December 2010 and August 2013.

Sterling was again released on bond after the second arrest.
