Atlantic General Hospital Hosts Healthy Happenings Community Health Fair

POCOMOKE, Md. - It's almost time for the annual Atlantic General Hospital Healthy Happenings Community Health Fair. The free event is being held November 2nd, from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM, in Pocomoke, at the Pocomoke Volunteer Fire Company Community Center.

This year's theme is caring for your mental health, with a special presentation from LaDonna Gatlin. Not only that, there will be free screenings, performances and demonstrations. A full schedule of events can be found on our website.     

The schedule:
8 - 11 a.m.                          Free Screenings: cholesterol (12 hour fast required), carotid artery,  respiratory, hearing, diabetes, and more

9 a.m.                                    Dance & Gymnastics Demonstration by Twisters Gymnastics

10 a.m.                                 Paddleboard and Kayak Demonstration by Ayers Creek Adventures

11 a.m.                                 Complimentary Lunch
8 - noon                              Visit booths, receive free massage, Reiki, and reflexology therapy
Noon                                     Keynote Presentation: Tune Up your Life, LaDonna Gatlin
1 p.m.                                   Health fair concludes
*Free flu shots will be provided throughout the conference next door in the Pocomoke Fire Department's equipment bays.
