Attempted Breaking & Entering Suspect Arrested In Hurlock

Posted: Updated:

HURLOCK, Md. - Police say they arrested a man, whom they say was in the process of breaking and entering into a Hurlock home. Hurlock Police say they arrived on Miles Circle after a homeowner had reported seeing a man trying to open a back window.

Once an officer arrived, they reportedly saw a man in the grass near the house, who then fled, to a home on Jackson Street. The suspect, 46-year-old Olivio Juarez, was arrested, and gave Police a US Permanent Resident Card which was apparently fraudulent. Police also found that there was an outstanding warrant  for Juarez.

He was charged with attempted breaking and entering, and possession of a fraudulent document. Juarez is being held on $12,500 bond.
