Easton Police Arrest Man For Disorderly Conduct Charges

Posted: Updated:

EASTON, Md. - Easton Police say they arrested a man for disorderly conduct charges on September 14th.

According to reports, officers responded to Pippin Farms, located at 10 Village Street, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Officers say they had responded to an apartment and advised an individual at the location, identified as Richard Keyser, to leave the residence to prevent further disturbance. Although he was advised to stay away, Keyser reportedly returned to the residence, and officers say they found him beating on the door and yelling at residents inside. Police say they also saw neighbors outside their residences watching Keyser. He was reportedly placed under arrest and charged with Failing to Obey a Lawful Order and Disorderly Conduct. Police say Keyser was taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held on $5,000 bond.
