Easton Police Arrest Two For 2nd Degree Assault

EASTON, Md. - Easton Police say they arrested two people for a second degree assault on September 13th.

According to reports, officers responded to Wishing Well Apartments located at 7786 Ocean Gateway for an unwanted subject. Officers say they found two individuals, later identified as Jamie Dietz and Ryan Bosley, had been involved in a physical altercation. Injuries were reportedly observed by officers on both parties. Bosley was allegedly transported to Easton Memorial for treatment of his injuries, and both Bosley and Dietz were reportedly placed under arrest and charged with second degree assault. Police say both were taken before the District Court Commissioner where they were released on their own personal recognizance.
