CAROLINE CO., Md. - The Maryland State Police Easton Barrack says they are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash that occurred on September 14th.
According to reports, at around 6:41 AM, troopers responded to a motor vehicle in a ditch in the area of Greensboro Road, south of Zacharias Mill Road, in Caroline County. Troopers say a preliminary investigation revealed that a 1987 Toyota Corolla, operated by Bautista Orozco, was traveling southbound on Greensboro Rd. For unknown reasons, the vehicle reportedly crossed the center line into the northbound lane, left the roadway, and came to rest in the northbound ditch. Troopers say Orozco, whom was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
