DORCHESTER CO., Md. - Three people in Dorchester County are now behind bars after allegedly stealing more than $10,000 in coins.

According to reports, 50 year-old Teresa Schuyler, 21 year-old, Koby Tolley, and 19 year-old Joshua Speake, were all charged in connection with a Burglary and Theft that happened back in August on Griffith Neck Road in Cambridge.

The suspects allegedly stole over $10,000 in coins and about $2,000 in jewelry.  Among the multiple charges they now face, is animal cruelty.  The suspects allegedly beat a Jack Russell Terrier with a shovel.  Authorities say the dog will be okay.

All of the stolen items have been recovered, and all three suspects are being held on bond.
