SEAFORD, Del. - A Laurel man sits behind bars after he allegedly burglarized a Habitat for Humanity Trailer located on Church Road.

Missing power tools were reported on August 28th by the construction manager who said the locks had been cut off of the doors of the trailer. An investigation lead them to Larry Milburn, Junior who is believed to have taken the tools and attempted to re-sell them.

He has been charged with 3rd degree burglary, theft and criminal mischief. We've learned that Milburn was also arrested for three other unrelated burglaries in Seaford and Laurel. He is being held on $6,500 secured bond.
