OCEAN CITY, Md. - Two Maryland men are accused of burglarizing a vacant motel in a local beach town.

Ocean City Police say they were called to the Ocean Voyager Motel on Baltimore Avenue for a reported breaking and entering in progress. Once on scene, officers say they found two men leaving a unit of the motel, and arrested them for burglary.

The two were identified as Patrick Herrmann, 25, of Lutherville, MD, and Jonathan Boeri, 18, of Phoenix, MD. Police say the Ocean Voyager is empty as it was slated for demolition, and is set to be torn down in a few weeks.

An investigation showed that the two men broke into at least five other units, and tried to take other small items.

Both Lutherville, and Boeri were charged with 2nd degree burglary, while Boeri was additionally charged with 4th degree burglary. Both men are being held at the Worcester County Jail on bond.
