UPDATE: One Arrested, One Still Wanted In Connection With Accomack Home Invasion

SANFORD, Va. - Police have arrested one person, and are looking for another in connection with a reported home invasion that happened in Accomack County. According to the Accomack County Sheriff's Office, on August 28th, just before 10:00 PM, they responded to a home on Marsh Market Road, for reports of shots fired.

When they were en route to the scene, they reportedly found out that two people, with gunshot wounds, were at the Corner Mart convenience store in Temperanceville. At the convenience store Deputies say they found, 23-year-old Master Wesley Jr., of Nelsonia, dead, and a woman with a gunshot wound.

An investigation reportedly revealed that four people, went into the Marsh Market Road home in a reported attempt to rob the home, where several people were inside. Police say multiple gunshots were fired during the incident.

Warrants have been issued for 22-year-old Leon O'Bryan Crippen, of Temperanceville, for robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a robbery, and armed burglary. Police say 26-year-old Lamesha Cropper, of Salisbury, Maryland, was arrested by the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday, on the same charges, and an extradition hearing is pending.
