UPDATE: Caroline Co. Teacher Found Guilty Of Felony Drug Charges

CAROLINE CO., Md. - A high school teacher and her husband arrested earlier this year on drug charges, are now awaiting their sentences.

In March 2013 the Caroline County Drug Task Force arrested Thomas and Catrina Pritchett, after a search of their Denton home revealed more than two pounds of marijuana, along with cocaine, heroin, Oxycodone, and overt $4,500 in cash.

Thomas Pritchett later pleaded guilty to felony possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession of cocaine, and possession of heroin.

On Friday, Catrina Pritchett, who was a teacher at North Caroline High School at the time of her arrest, was found guilty of felony possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of CDS not-marijuana and two counts of reckless endangerment.

Both are expected to be sentenced at some point in the near future.
