SAILSBURY, Md. - An early morning vehicle crash in Salisbury sends a Pennsylvania couple to the hospital in serious condition.

According to state police the incident occurred around 8:30AM on Sunday in the area of Coulbourn Mill Rd. on the Salisbury Bypass. The vehicle's rear passenger tire reportedly blew out, causing it to veer off the roadway, strike a guardrail, and overturn. The driver, 21-year-old Khayree Jackson was reportedly ejected from the vehicle. The passenger, 25-year-old Lakeisha Sherman was trapped and had to be extricated from the vehicle.

Both were transported and are listed in serious but stable condition. Their 7-month-old son was also in that vehicle with them, but we're told he was transported for evaluation and later released to family members.
