DSP Looking To Identify Alleged Guitar Theft

DOVER, Del. - Police are looking for a man who they say, stole a guitar from a Dover music store.

Delaware State Police say on August 14th, just before 6:00 PM, the man, walked into Earle Teat Music on North DuPont Highway, and started looking at guitars on the wall. According to the report, the store employee was helping a customer, the suspect left the store with a Gibson electric guitar, valued at around $1,500. Police say the store alarm sounded when he left, sending the employee chasing after the suspect, who reportedly got into a white SUV, onto Northbound Route 13.
