According to reports, around 4 PM on Sunday afternoon, 20-year-old Rashaun Ringgold was traveling Southbound on Easton Parkway when he stopped in the road waiting to make a left turn onto Glenwood Avenue. That's when police say a 2007 Hyundai Sonata, driven by 19-year-old Sommer Teel, struck Ringgold's car.
