EASTON, Md. - Easton Police say they arrested two people and referred a third to Juvenile Services for possessing marijuana.
According to reports, at around 12:31 AM on August 24th, police stopped a vehicle in the Port Street area for a right of way violation on West Street. After further investigation, police reportedly recovered a quantity of marijuana and rolling papers. Police say they referred a 17-year-old Easton male to Juvenile Services for possessing marijuana, and he was released to his mothers' custody. They reportedly arrested Brandt Bethke, 18, and Colin Poole, 18, both of Easton, for possessing marijuana less than 10 grams, and Poole also received possessing CDS paraphernalia. Both were allegedly released.
