Posted: Updated:

DOVER, Del. - Police have identified the two suspects in the manhunt that began Wednesday night in Dover.

As we reported Wednesday night, police say they responded to a report of gunshots fired on the 200 block of Sheldrake Circle in the Cannon Mills Development around 8:50 PM on Wednesday. When they arrived on scene, Police reportedly witnessed two male subjects taking off on foot.

A manhunt ensued with the help of the Delaware State Police Aviation Unit. One suspect was reportedly seen in the Cranberry Run Development before he allegedly fled towards the Heatherfield Development.  Authorities say the suspects were not located and a weapon was not recovered.

No injuries have been reported.

Investigators have since identified the suspects as 22-year-old Tyree Bordley and 27-year-old Perry Brooks. Authorities say warrants for resisting arrest and loitering are on file and additional charges are pending further an investigation.

Police are asking anyone with any information on their whereabouts to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)-736-7111. Police say tips can also be submitted to law enforcement through tip lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or on-line at www.tipsubmit.com.
