DELMAR, Del. - Police have released new information after a two vehicle crash in Delmar on Friday. Delaware State Police say on there were two vehicles involved, a 2000 Chevy Cavalier and a 2004 Lexus RX3.
The driver of the Chevy reportedly failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Route 13 and Whitesville Road, hitting the Lexus.
In the Lexus, a 51-year-old male driver, of Dover, and two 5-year-old children, were all uninjured.
The driver of the Chevy, a 22-year-old female, of Seaford, was flown to PRMC with serious but non-life threatening injuries. Her passenger, an 18-year-old female of Seaford, was driven by ambulance to PRMC with serious but non-life threatening injuries. A 1-year-old was also a passenger in the Chevy, and was reportedly uninjured.
DSP could not release the identities of those involved, and did not have an update on their conditions.
