DOVER, Del. (AP) - A Wilmington man who faced first-degree murder charges and a possible death penalty before prosecutors dropped the case against him this year has been killed in a double shooting in New Castle.
State police on Tuesday identified the victim of Monday night's shooting as 33-year-Medford Holmes. Investigtators have not yet determined a motive for the shooting.
