PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - A fire in a vacant one story home in Princess Anne, has been ruled as arson.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a blaze that reportedly started in the rear addition of the Division Street home, around 2:20 AM on Monday.
30 firefighters from four companies worked for around an hour to control the flames. Damages are estimated at $5,000. No one was injured during the blaze.
Officials have ruled the cause as arson, and are asking anyone with information to contact them at the Salisbury Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office at 410-713-3783.
