ACCOMACK CO., Va. - The two suspects in those string of arsons across Accomack County, Virginia, now face additional charges.

According to Commonwealth's Attorney Gary Agar, Charles Smith was indicted on 67 counts of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson. Tonya Bundick was indicted on two counts of arson.

Investigators say the pair torched the majority of the 77 vacant buildings during the arson spree which began in November of last year.

They're each charged with one count each of arson and conspiracy to commit arson in connection with the April 2nd fire at an abandoned structure in Melfa. That fire lead to their capture.
