Teen Found Fatally Shot In Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police are identifying the 19-year-old man found fatally shot near a Wilmington community center.
    
Officers responded to multiple reports of a shooting on West 5th Street on Sunday evening. Police say officers found 19-year-old Jermaine Goins Jr. of Wilmington lying on the south end of the Hicks Anderson Community Center parking lot with a gunshot wound to the head.
    
Officers administered first aid and CPR, but police say when paramedics arrived they pronounced Goins dead.
    
His body was turned over to the medical examiner for autopsy. There is no suspect information, but the investigation is ongoing.
