Posted: Updated:

BERLIN, Md. - Officers with the Berlin Police Department say they arrested two Berlin men on Friday, after they found them trespassing.

According to reports, officers were conducting foot patrols in the area of 113 Flower Street in Berlin, when they found Deanglo Townsend, 23, and Byron Tunnell, 24 trespassing in the area. Neither of them lived at the apartment complex and reportedly appeared to have no lawful purpose to be on the property. Officers say that during a search, they located a sufficient amount of marijuana on Townsend and Tunnell to indicate an intent to distribute. Both were reportedly charged with possession to intent to distribute marijuana, marijuana possession, and trespassing, and were taken before a District Court Commissioner. Police say Tunnell was released on personal recognizance and Townsend on $15,000 unsecured bond.
